First step to being active
"A journey of a thousand miles begin with a simple step"
People are resistance to change. That's just a simple fact. Even Newton's laws of physics approve that.
An object remains at rest will state at rest unless there's an external force apply to it.
Same thing with us human beings. We won't be able to change unless some kind of "force" apply to us.
If you've been leading an inactive lifestyle, getting back into a more active lifestyle will be difficult.
First is the willingness to change. Second is taking actionable steps.
My recommendation is to start small.
One simple thing you can do to be more active is by simply taking a 30 minutes walk every morning after you wake up.
Just that and do that for 30 days until it becomes a habit.
That's it. First thing in the morning, after your fresh glass of water, don't jump in front of a computer, start walking.
This will start off your day on the right track.
